  • He served as an advisor to several ministers, including:
    -Advisor to the Minister of Housing, Engineer Ibrahim Mehleb.
    – Advisor to the Minister of Housing, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.
    – Advisor to the Minister of Local Development, Major General Adel Labib.
    – Advisor to the Minister of Environment and Director of the National Waste Management Program.
  • Engineering advisor to the Prime Minister, Engineer Sherif Ismail, in charge of following up on national projects (responsible for following up on 4 governorates in their entire sectors, including housing, utilities, floods, supply, education, health, and others) and responsible for following up on 8 files at the republic level.
    – Sea ports.
    – Airports.
    -Drinking water and sanitation facilities.
    – Solid waste.
    – National roads.
    – Emergencies and disasters (floods, the most important of which is the Ras Gharib Flood Department).
    – Industry (the city of Al-Rubiki and the wall of the Hungarian city of El-Ayoun – the city of Al-Asas – the wheat crisis and follow-up on the establishment of silos – the sugar crisis).
    – Follow up on the solidarity and dignity programme.
